GDPR Sign in Duplication Books

Under both the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), sign-in books should not visibly display each student’s name to others. Whilst it is acceptable to display the reason for their lateness, the name of the student should be protected under this legislation.

This unique GDPR compliant Student late arrival sign-in book has been developed by us to help you comply with the stringent new General Data Protection Regulations that came into force in 2018.

This book works by concealing your students name upon signing in on late arrival. Each Student simply signs in on the blacked-out name panels along with the other non sensitive fields. This information is then transposed through to the glue Fire Register beneath. In the event of a fire, or if the information needs to be accessed by authorised personnel (the Data Controller), the sealed back page can be separated to reveal a full list of the visitors that are still on your premises.

Each book consists of 50 sets of 2 part ncr sheets containing 800 names in total. The 2 part set are each glued on the foredge to keep the names private.
